Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly Subscriptions

• Cancellation: You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds: If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial charge or any renewal charge, provided the request is made before the end of that billing period.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

2. Events & Webinars

Most of our events and webinars are free. For any paid event, you may cancel and receive a full refund up to 48 hours before the event start time.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Email info@mmfcedtech.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

4. Exceptions

Refund requests made outside the windows described above may be considered at our discretion, particularly in cases of accidental charges or technical issues preventing access to features you paid for.
